About the role
At Gravity Labs, we work with growing companies that need more than disconnected marketing activities, isolated content and occasional campaigns.
We help them connect business operations, commerce, CRM, data, marketing, analytics, automation and technology into more structured, measurable and scalable ways of working.
Within that system, content still matters enormously.
Good strategy needs to become clear communication. Good ideas need to become useful content. And brands need people who can turn direction into consistent, high-quality execution.
This is a hands-on role. It is not simply about “posting on social media”.
It is not a pure copywriting role and it is not an Account Management position.
We are looking for someone who combines strong writing, content judgment, digital fluency, attention to detail and reliable execution.
What you will be responsible for
- Turn approved marketing directions, briefs and campaign priorities into high-quality content.
- Write and edit social media copy, captions, headlines, CTAs and channel-specific content.
- Build and maintain structured monthly and campaign-based content calendars.
- Develop content themes and recurring formats based on each client’s positioning, audience, objectives and commercial priorities.
- Create and adapt content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, articles, case studies, video scripts and other digital formats.
- Adjust tone, language and message appropriately across different brands, audiences and industries.
- Prepare clear content inputs for designers, video specialists and other creative collaborators.
- Collaborate with our Creative team so that copy and visual communication work together as one coherent output.
- Manage revisions, corrections and version control across active content.
- Schedule, upload and publish content across relevant platforms where required.
- Maintain clear visibility over what is in draft, under review, waiting for approval, scheduled or published.
- Perform content quality assurance before anything goes live.
- Research topics, competitors, products, market trends and relevant industry themes.
- Use existing material intelligently through content repurposing rather than starting from zero every time.
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, drafting and production support while maintaining strong editorial judgment and verification.
- Monitor basic content and social performance and use feedback to improve future content.
- Maintain organized content archives, calendars, templates, source material and approved brand references.
- Identify repetitive content-production tasks that can be standardized, templated or automated.
Your responsibility is to make sure that clear marketing direction becomes consistent, high-quality content without requiring senior people to manage every detail of the production process.
What this role looks like in practice
On a normal week, you may be:
Your value is not measured only by how much content you produce. It is measured by your ability to create reliable, thoughtful and increasingly efficient content execution.
You will work closely with
- our Marketing Operations & Client Delivery Manager
- our Senior Creative & Design Consultant
- our Senior Performance Marketing Consultant
- our Web Infrastructure team
- and other marketing, design and digital specialists depending on the project.
The Marketing Operations & Client Delivery Manager will normally own overall client coordination, priorities and workflow. Your role is to own a significant part of the content-production layer within that system.
As you develop, the role can grow toward deeper Content Marketing, B2B Content, Thought Leadership or broader Integrated Marketing responsibility.
What we are looking for
You are a strong writer, but writing ability alone is not enough.
You naturally ask:
- Who are we speaking to?
- What are we actually trying to communicate?
- What should the audience understand or do next?
- Does this sound like the brand?
- Is this accurate?
- Is this the right format for the channel?
- Can this idea be expressed more clearly?
- Can this content be reused or improved?
You are likely to be a strong fit if you:
- genuinely enjoy writing and communication
- have strong content and social-media instincts
- can adapt your writing style to different brands and audiences
- understand that good content starts with an objective, not just an idea
- are highly reliable with deadlines
- have excellent attention to detail
- can work on several brands and topics simultaneously
- are comfortable following structured briefs
- can also contribute your own ideas when appropriate
- respond well to feedback and improve quickly
- know the difference between constructive revision and simply defending your first draft
- are curious about businesses, customers, products and industries
- care about the accuracy of claims and information
- are comfortable working closely with designers and other specialists
- understand that content and design need to work together
- can balance creativity with consistency and discipline
- use AI tools thoughtfully rather than accepting their output blindly
- take ownership of your work instead of waiting for constant reminders
What you should already have
- Approximately 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Copywriting or a comparable role
- Strong written Greek and excellent command of grammar, structure and tone
- Strong professional working English
- Practical experience writing content for social media
- Experience creating or maintaining content calendars
- Ability to write and adapt copy for different brands, audiences and channels
- Good understanding of the major social-media platforms and their different formats
- Experience working with briefs, deadlines, corrections and approval cycles
- Strong attention to detail and content quality assurance
- Good understanding of how design, copy and content production work together
- Ability to perform structured research and turn information into usable content
- Confidence using AI tools for research, ideation, drafting and editing
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and how content supports broader marketing objectives
- Familiarity with modern task-management and collaboration tools
Extra value if you also have experience in
- Integrated or digital agencies
- B2B marketing
- Healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, retail/eCommerce or lead generation
- Article or long-form content writing
- Case-study development
- Thought-leadership content
- Video scripting
- Email marketing and newsletters
- WordPress or another CMS
- Basic SEO
- Google Search Console or SEO tools
- Social scheduling platforms
- GA4 or basic marketing analytics
- Canva or Figma at a basic working level
- Content repurposing systems
- Workflow templates and content-production automation
- Working with regulated or fact-sensitive industries
You do not need to be an expert in all of these. What matters most is that you can learn quickly, write well, follow direction accurately and take increasing ownership of content execution.
What this role is not
This is not a role where success means simply filling a content calendar.
It is not a role where the objective is to produce as many posts as possible.
It is not a purely creative position with no operational discipline.
It is not an Account Manager role.
It is not a Marketing Operations Manager role.
And it is not a senior strategy role where execution is delegated to someone else.
You will be expected to research, think, write, edit, organize, improve and deliver.
Your first months
During your onboarding, you will work closely with our current team to understand:
- client brands
- tone-of-voice rules
- content calendars
- recurring formats
- active campaigns
- content-production workflows
- approval processes
- quality standards
- design collaboration
- publishing routines
- our broader marketing operating model
You will progressively take ownership of recurring content-production responsibilities while learning where to work independently and where specialist or managerial input is required.
What we offer
- A hands-on role with meaningful responsibility over real client communication
- The opportunity to work across several industries, brands and business models
- Direct collaboration with senior marketing, performance, creative and technology specialists
- Exposure to both B2C and B2B marketing environments
- The opportunity to develop beyond social media into broader Content Marketing, B2B Content and Thought Leadership
- A structured environment where content is connected to strategy, performance and business objectives
- Continuous learning and professional-development opportunities
- Access to specialized courses, seminars and industry events
- Direct exposure to how marketing, technology, data and business systems increasingly work together
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience, responsibility and performance
- Opportunities for additional performance-based compensation as the role develops
- A Thessaloniki-based team environment
- Hybrid flexibility depending on the nature of the employment arrangement, role maturity and operational requirements
