You will...

  • Manage day-to-day performance across several media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads (Display, Search, Shopping)
  • Plan, test, implement, and measure multi-channel media campaigns to drive results (Impressions, Traffic, Sales)
  • Perform audience research to develop new campaign ideas for paid search and paid social
  • Analyze performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories and spend recommendations
  • Communicate the results to the customer & propose next steps

You required to have...

  • Demonstrated experience building & optimizing paid media campaigns, preferably in the following sectors: eCommerce (B2C & B2B), Consumer Brands, High-Tech Products, Professional Services, Health & Wellness
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Experience in building & managing ad campaigns in AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn (Google AdWords & Analytics certifications preferred)
  • Familiarity with how digital ads are served and tracked using pixels, URL parameters (UTM codes)
  • The ability to track campaign performance across multiple channels.
  • Project management capabilities and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills both in Greek and English
  • University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration (Msc is a plus)

  • Have worked in an digital advertising agency or eCommerce company, in similar projects
  • Have experience in CRM or other marketing & sales-related applications
  • Have read Peter Drucker’s “Managing Oneself”
