Marketing Operations & Client Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Client Delivery Manager to become a central operating point between our clients and our specialist teams.

Thessaloniki HQ Full-time 4+ years experience Hybrid flexibility

About the role

At Gravity Labs, we work with growing companies that have reached the point where disconnected systems, teams, data and marketing activities start creating more complexity than progress.

We help them bring that complexity together – connecting business operations, commerce, CRM, data, marketing, analytics, automation and technology into more structured, measurable and scalable ways of working.

To do that well, good strategy is not enough. Someone has to make sure the work actually moves.

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Client Delivery Manager to become a central operating point between our clients and our specialist teams.

This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable dealing with a client, organizing a complex project, challenging a vague brief, coordinating specialists and making sure important details do not get lost along the way.

This is not a Social Media Manager role.
It is not a traditional Account Manager role.
And it is not simply project administration.

We are looking for someone who can combine marketing judgment, client confidence and strong operational discipline.

What you will be responsible for

You will take day-to-day operational ownership of a portfolio of Gravity Labs clients and make sure priorities, deliverables, deadlines, approvals, dependencies and next steps remain clear.

  • Translate business and marketing priorities into practical execution plans.
  • Maintain clear visibility across active client accounts and projects.
  • Manage workflows, deadlines and dependencies in Asana — and contribute structured feedback and process or workflow improvement proposals.
  • Coordinate work across Content, Creative, Performance Marketing, Web Infrastructure and other specialist teams.
  • Filter out needs and opportunities to create clear and actionable briefs.
  • Identify blockers and delivery risks before they become problems.
  • Organize client meetings, approvals, follow-ups and open decisions.
  • Turn unclear client requests into structured actions rather than simply forwarding them internally.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients throughout active projects.
  • Coordinate review and approval workflows.
  • Perform operational quality assurance before delivery.
  • Help turn marketing performance data into clear conclusions and next steps.
  • Recognize scope issues, emerging client needs and commercial opportunities.
  • Improve recurring workflows through better processes, templates, systems and automation.

Your responsibility is to make sure the right work is being done by the right people, with the right context, at the right time and at the right quality level.

What this role looks like in practice

On a normal week, you may be:

Reviewing priorities across several client accounts
Preparing an upcoming client meeting
Resolving a dependency between content and design
Briefing the Performance team for a campaign
Checking whether a web deliverable affects a marketing launch
Challenging an unclear client request
Reviewing content before approval
Identifying a project at risk of missing a deadline
Improving a recurring workflow
Highlighting an account opportunity that deserves a commercial discussion

Your value is not measured by how many individual tasks you personally produce. It is measured by how much clarity, reliability and momentum you create around the work.

You will work closely with

  • our Senior Performance Marketing Consultant
  • our Senior Creative & Design Consultant
  • our Content & Social team
  • our Web Infrastructure Lead
  • and the company’s Managing Director

As the team evolves, this role has the potential to grow into significantly broader management responsibility.

What we are looking for

You are highly organized, but organization alone is not enough.

You naturally ask:

  • What are we trying to achieve?
  • What is actually important?
  • What needs to happen next?
  • Who owns it?
  • What could block us?
  • What decision is missing?

You bring structure to ambiguity. You are confident enough to follow up. You are mature enough to escalate when necessary. And you do not need someone else to remind you to keep important work moving.

You are likely to be a strong fit if you:

  • take ownership naturally
  • have strong project-management instincts
  • communicate confidently with clients and colleagues
  • can manage multiple accounts and projects at once
  • know how to distinguish urgent from important
  • are calm when priorities change
  • can create clear briefs from incomplete information
  • understand how content, creative, performance and digital channels work together
  • have strong attention to detail
  • can give useful feedback without trying to do everyone else’s job
  • think commercially, not only tactically
  • are comfortable challenging unclear requests
  • enjoy improving systems and processes
  • use AI and automation thoughtfully to improve your work
  • prefer preventing problems rather than explaining them afterwards

What you should already have

  • Approximately 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in digital/integrated marketing, client services, marketing operations or project management.
  • Direct experience working with clients or external stakeholders.
  • Strong project-management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous deliverables.
  • Confidence using Asana or a comparable modern project-management platform.
  • Strong professional communication in Greek.
  • Strong working English.
  • Good understanding of content and social media.
  • Ability to review and improve marketing copy.
  • Good understanding of creative production workflows.
  • Basic working understanding of digital performance and analytics.
  • Ability to interpret reports and turn data into meaningful next steps.
  • Strong quality-control discipline.

Extra value if you also have experience in

  • Integrated or digital agencies.
  • B2B marketing.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, retail/eCommerce or B2B/lead generation.
  • GA4, Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics environments.
  • Email / lifecycle marketing.
  • SEO.
  • Web or eCommerce projects.
  • Process design and workflow automation.
  • Case studies and thought-leadership content.
  • CRM and customer lifecycle projects.

You do not need to be a specialist in all of these. We value the ability to understand specialists and make their work fit together.

What this role is not

This is not a role where you spend most of your day producing social posts.

It is not a passive account-management role where client requests are simply forwarded internally.

It is not an administrative project role where success means updating task statuses.

And it is not a senior leadership title without hands-on responsibility.

You will be expected to think, organize, communicate, challenge, coordinate and take ownership.

Your first months

During your onboarding, you will work closely with our current team to understand:

  • clients
  • workflows
  • recurring processes
  • projects
  • specialist responsibilities
  • communication rhythms
  • delivery standards
  • our evolving operating model
1st Objective Operational Continuity
2nd Objective Operational Independence
3rd Objective Personal Improvement

What we offer

  • A high-ownership role with visible impact on how the company operates.
  • Direct exposure to founders, senior specialists and business decision-makers.
  • A role that sits at the intersection of business, marketing, technology and client delivery.
  • Meaningful responsibility rather than narrow execution.
  • A clear development path toward broader management responsibility for the right person.
  • Continuous learning across different industries, technologies and business models.
  • Access to specialized training and professional development.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, responsibility and performance.
  • Performance-based additional compensation.
  • A Thessaloniki-based team environment.
  • Potential flexibility for 1–2 remote working days per week after successful onboarding and role integration.
