Own the delivery of Entersoft Business Suite implementations — turn real operational requirements into a stable, adopted, well-governed ERP environment.
You will work closely with PM/Head of ERP Dpt, other ERP senior consultants & integrators, and, when needed, our Web/eCommerce/Automation teams.
You’ll also support proper scoping and solution definition alongside our commercial team.

Responsibilities
- Customer process mapping (as-is / to-be), fit-gap, and solution design / fit.
- Configure Entersoft Business Suite modules (project-dependent: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Financials/Accounting, Production, CRM, etc.).
- Produce clear functional specs and guide customizations, reporting, and integrations.
- Drive data migration readiness: mapping, validation rules, data quality checks with the technical team.
- Plan and execute UAT, deliver structured user training, and produce usable documentation.
- Manage go-live planning (cutover), hypercare, and post go-live stabilization.
- Improve operations beyond go-live: controls, workflows, dashboards, and data governance.
- Communicate with clarity: decisions, tradeoffs, timelines, risks — no grey zones.
The goal is not simply to install software. The goal is to create an ERP environment that works, is adopted, governed and delivers measurable business value.
You are required to have...
- 5+ years in ERP implementations, with strong preference for Entersoft Business Suite.
- Project management mindset and stakeholder management experience across functions such as management, accounting, warehouse and sales.
- Strong understanding of core business flows: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory/warehouse and finance.
- Configuration-first mindset: you can translate business needs into system setup and operating rules.
- Comfort with data: advanced Excel and working familiarity with SQL or ERP reporting logic.
- Adept at creating robust processes and systematizing work based on first principles.
- Structured execution, consistency in deliverables and high ownership.
- Fluent Greek and working English for documentation and technical terms.
- Full-time physical presence in Thessaloniki, Greece.
- Driver’s License.
Extra bonus if you have...
- WMS / barcode / handheld operations in demanding warehouses.
- Manufacturing exposure: BOM, MRP, scheduling and costing.
- Integrations experience at a functional level: APIs, eCommerce, marketplaces, courier and EDI.
- BI and KPI dashboards — Power BI or equivalent.
- Regulatory / traceability requirements such as e-invoicing, myDATA and sector compliance, where relevant.
- Entersoft certifications or a proven multi-implementation EBS track record.
