Your mission will be to help our customers achieve their website and/or eCommerce objectives successfully. Your responsibility will be focused on organizing, executing and monitoring these objectives successfully. You will be working with an experienced team of designers, copywriters, marketers and software engineers that you can really count on and value operational excellence.

You will be expected to quickly take high ownership and evolve constantly. Like everyone in our team, you will be held accountable to our values and will be expected to hold your teammates accountable as well. Our values and culture are what unify us and allow us to make the impact that we do.

You must have...

A proven track record of successful contribution as a web developer
Hands on experience with markup languages, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery (familiarity with Angular will be considered a plus)
Strong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) as well as browser testing/debugging
Deep appreciation of good code organization, commenting & documentation
Good understanding of contemporary connected systems, RESTful Web APIs and formats (JSON)
Good understanding of layout aesthetics and latest best practices
Experience working with ADOBE XD, Sketch and other wireframe tools
Experience working with eCommerce and Website CMS
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata and site speed optimization
Experience with ERP and CRM systems will be considered a strong plus
Excellent communication skills both in Greek & English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or related discipline

You will…

Review technical specifications, deliverables and features for new projects
Propose solutions by defining key project milestones and creating quality mockups and prototypes
Organize project objectives and tasks as well as collaborate with team members across company departments to successfully implement them on time
Maintain customer projects and provide proposals for new features and functionality
Constantly enhance websites and web applications for maximum speed, scalability and performance
Create the best balance possible between functional and aesthetic design.
Write well-designed, testable and reusable code as well as organize useful libraries
Achieve frictionless user flow while maintaining brand consistency throughout all user experience journeys
