About the Role

In Gravity Labs we work with established as well as growing businesses to help them grow and scale their business, by providing Digital Marketing & eCommerce services.

Our goal is to help them define their digital strategy, to build their online infrastructure and to create the type of growth their company needs. That is where you come in as a Gravity Labs Sales Representative.

Your job will be to get on the phone, email and meet with interested entrepreneurs and executives, learn about where they are on their business journey and explain how Gravity Labs will help them achieve their objectives.

You will be working closely with our Managing Director and be expected to quickly take high ownership and improve yourself constantly. Like everyone in our team, you will be held accountable to our values and will be expected to hold your teammates accountable as well. You will...

  • Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and thorough communication with potential clients
  • Enrich, optimize and utilize our CRM data & analytics to inform your sales strategies as well as measure the impact of your actions
  • Capture customer needs, define specifications, prepare offers, and finalize contracts
  • Maintain and improve our CRM and market data quality
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, providing weekly progress reports
    Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement in the sales process, striving for operational excellence and increased efficiency
  • Embrace a curious mindset and be open to experimenting with new sales techniques and strategies to improve outcomes
  • Maintain a balance between big-picture thinking and attention to detail, ensuring consistent progress towards larger objectives

You must have...

  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Familiarity with web tools, marketing, and eCommerce practices
  • Project management mindset and stakeholder management experience
  • Adept at creating processes and systematizing work based on first principles
  • Full-time physical presence in Thessaloniki, Greece
  • Driver’s License
