Senior Account Manager

That is where you come in as a Gravity Labs Senior Account Manager.

Your mission will be to meet with interested entrepreneurs and executives, learn about where they are on their business journey and explain how Gravity Labs will help them to achieve their objectives successfully. Your ultimate objective will be to make sure which customers are ready to start and make it happen.

You will be expected to quickly take high ownership and evolve constantly. Like everyone in our team, you will be held accountable to our values and will be expected to hold your teammates accountable as well. Our values and culture are what unify us and allow us to make the impact that we do.

You must have

● Full-time physical presence in Thessaloniki, Greece

● 5-10 years of working experience in the following industries:

Digital marketing, Web/App Development, Business Software or Consulting Services

● A proven track record of measurable sales success in your previous roles

● Project management capabilities & stakeholder management

● Very good understanding of the web, online marketing & e-commerce practices

● Have deep experience in CRM or other marketing & sales-related applications

● Excellent familiarity with sales performance metrics & KPIs

● Love sales processes & systematizing your work according to first principles

● Excellent communication skills both in Greek & English

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a similar discipline

You will

● Continually generate & welcome new leads from a variety of channels

● Conduct daily sales calls, emails & meetings (online/offline) with potential customers

● Capture customer needs, define specifications & prepare customer offers

● Contribute in various parts of new customer onboarding process

● Assist in the improvement our CRM-Customer Success tools & processes

● Contribute insights and ideas for improving our demand & lead generation

● Prepare reports on account status & report directly to our Managing Director

● Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts)

● Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal & external stakeholders

● Be given the opportunity to prove your leadership skills and potential, for future leading role opportunities very fast
